Overtime Premium Pay
When you work excessive hours, you are contractually compensated. As the hours increase, so does the premium.
Turnaround
The employer must provide you with adequate periods for rest between shifts. When they don’t, penalties are added to your compensation.
Meal Periods
We work with employers so that when meal periods must be postponed, there is a contractual structure of penalty payments to compensate the workers.
