The first step in allowing us to represent you is telling us you want us to represent you. This is done through a representation authorization card – which you can find here ».

These cards are filed with the union and will never be seen by your employer. If necessary, an independent third party may perform a count of the cards but, other than how many employees have signed them, the employer will get no information from them.
If you work for multiple employers, you will need to complete a separate representation card for each one.
